All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days for order preparation, followed by delivery within 5–7 business days.
We ship all orders by Royal Mail UK.
Priority Insured Shipping Option
Our Priority Insured Shipping covers you in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment.
If this happens, please notify us via email at support@Gorfey.com and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
You can track your order directly on our website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error was made on our part, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no charge.
