How quickly will I receive a response?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders within 1–3 business days.

We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but once processing or dispatch begins, updates may not be possible.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the United Kingdom takes approximately 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Total delivery time = 1–3 business days (processing) + 5–7 business days (shipping)
You can expect your order within 6–10 business days from your purchase date.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
All orders are shipped via Royal Air UK.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on the items ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.
If so, deliveries may arrive 1–2 business days apart.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you via email.
If restocking takes longer than two weeks, you’ll automatically receive a full refund for that item.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment.
If your tracking still isn’t updating after that time, please contact us for assistance.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All UK orders are shipped securely via Royal Air UK.
Can I return my product?
Yes! You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at support@Gorfey.com , and we’ll send you a return form to print and include in your package.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you received the wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Please repackage your item securely using the original materials.
Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.
What condition must returned items be in?
All products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — Gorfey does not charge any restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
